So what are those 14 things that will make you a rockstar in your business?

  1. Posture. The absolute belief in what you offer (service, product, company) regardless of external approval or lack thereof.
  2. Belief. You don’t have to believe in yourself to build a successful business, but you DO need to believe in your systems, tools, company, community.
  3. Different Levels. Understand there are different levels of success within any business. Each level has its own unique challenges, but the number one toughest level is the very first level – earning your first $0 to $1,000. Be ready to go the distance to reach each level.
  4. Team Culture. Every business has a culture whether it be positive, negative, on fire, laid back, or something in between. Understand that not everyone is going to have the same level of desire for success that you have. Accept people where they are, love in them where they are. Identify the ones who want the same things as you and work closer with them. When others become ready to “go for it”, be ready to start working closer with them.
  5. Persistence. Know how to keep going when nothing seems to be working. Stick-to-it-ness!!
  6. Social Media. Learn how to do social media the RIGHT way! Raise curiosity not resistance. Get people intrigued to reach out to you. Add value!
  7. Facebook Live Formula. Learn and use the Facebook Live formula. (A) Introduction; (B) Question; (C) Content; and (D) Call to Action.”
  8. Set Goals and Take Action. Highly successful people set goals and write them down regularly. Get in the habit of writing your goals at minimum weekly, monthly, annually, 5 years, and 10 years. People typically overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can achieve in a decade. Setting goals is all well and fine, but if no activity occurs in conjunction with those goals, they will forever be a pipe dream.
  9. Abundance vs. Scarcity Mentality. Develop an abundance mentality and eliminate any scarcity/poverty thinking. Even if things are tight, embrace the practice of random acts of kindness where a monetary exchange occurs. It doesn’t have to be much.
  10. Celebration. Regularly celebrate your wins, no matter how small or large.
  11. Marketing and Prospecting. Learn how to properly market and prospect on social media.
  12. Build Rapport vs Get to the Point. Understand when you should be building rapport versus when you should be getting to the point.
  13. Two Steps to ALL Prospecting. (1) asking if they are open to learning about what you are doing or offer, and (2) giving them an out (no big deal if they’re not interested).
  14. Be Accountable. This will dramatically increase your results!
